New Renderings for 27-Story Tower in Brooklyn

New renderings have been revealed for a 27-story, residential tower, going up at 19 Rockwell Place in Downtown Brooklyn.

Developed by , the building is set to contain rental apartments, offered in studio, one, and two-bedroom configurations. Approximately 90% of the units will feature a trapezoid-shaped balcony.

The development will also boast an extensive amenities suite, including a roof deck lounge overlooking the NYC skyline. Plans further call for a cellar level and an enclosed, car parking garage. Designed by , with serving as the general contractor, the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet.

The project site spans square feet and is situated within a big cluster of new developments. The property sits right up against 98 DeKalb Avenue and just across the street from 625 Fulton Street; two very large projects that are also being constructed at this time.

The new tower will replace a 3-story commercial building, which used to occupy the project site. This was already been demolished so the build could proceed.
