New Renderings Unveiled for 26-Story Tower in Midtown

As general contractor, , continues to pour the concrete superstructure of a 26-story commercial tower, going up at 125 West 57th Street in Midtown, Manhattan, new renderings have been released, giving us our first high-definition look at the building's detailed facade, and a visual sample of its interior design.

Developed by , the mixed-use structure will contain square feet of office space and 47,436 square feet of community facility space.

The tower will have 2-ground floor retail units, and a large portion of the community space will be used by the Calvary Baptist Church.

The church has continuously occupied the property since 1883, and its previous facilities were demolished in order to make room for the new development. Space will therefore be retained on the lower level of the building for worship and educational purposes.

The project site consists of a rectangularly shaped lot, spanning approximately 16,000 square feet. Designed by , 125 West 57th Street will stand feet tall and total square feet. Construction is estimated to wrap up by June of 2025.
