Northampton St. Residences Approved
The Northampton Street Residences, a 47 unit income-restricted project has been approved by the BPDA. The development will be built on a 9,586 SF surface parking lot located on Northampton Street between the Southwest Corridor Park and the Newcastle Court residential building. Units will be a mix of studio, 1BR, 2BR, and 3BR units. As the site is located approximately 400 feet from the Massachusetts Avenue MBTA Orange Line 0 parking spaces are included on-site.
