Healthy Neighborhoods Equity Fund II To Partially Fund Northampton Residences
The Massachusetts Housing Investment Corporation has announced that the Healthy Neighborhoods Equity Fund II will help fund Northampton Residences, a new transit-oriented development that will offer 47 affordable condominiums on Northampton Street in Lower Roxbury. The development is a short walk to many amenities, including Northeastern University, Wentworth Institute of Technology, Prudential Center, Symphony Hall, and Boston Medical Center, and just 400 feet from the Massachusetts Avenue Orange Line Station, within easy reach of employment opportunities in the Back Bay or Downtown.
