Norwood Development Site Sells for $16.06M
An unfinished development site at 3254 Parkside Place in the Norwood neighborhood of the Bronx has just sold for $16.06 million. It was sold by to SKF Development LLC, who will continue with the project. Plans call for a story residential building totaling square feet and containing units. The site is a combined and rezoned lot consisting of square feet of land. Within the new structure will be an enclosed parking garage with space for vehicles.
