321 Harrison Avenue Update 02/23/21

NPC Filed for 321 Harrison Avenue, to Include Lab Space

A notice of project change has been filed by BioMed Realty for 321 Harrison Avenue in the South End. Plans for 234,000 SF of office space has been converted to 220,000 SF of laboratory life science space. BioMed expects work on the building shell to be complete in late March and if the project change is approved, work would begin lab fitouts in June.

The building will feature 220K SF and 11 stories of open floor plates with 10ft tall windows offering views of Back Bay, the Financial District, and the Seaport. Amenities on-site will include a lounge, outdoor space, fitness center, and on-site retail.
