Old Town Office Trades for $29.5M
Brookfield has sold Courthouse Square to Melrose Solomon Enterprises for $29,500,000. The 5-story, roughly 125,000-square-foot office building was constructed in 1981. Brookfield acquired the property in July 2021 for $26,000,000. JLL represented the seller and procured the buyer, while also arranging the acquisition financing.
