Ortega Construction Company Awarded Gateway Luxury Apartments Project
Contractor Ortega Construction Company announced the awarding of the Gateway Luxury Apartments project. Construction on the 128-aprtment community in Pompano Beach is expected to begin in late November 2023. The one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments will be contained in four three-story buildings. Community amenities include a clubroom and kids playground. The 4.3-acre site is east of McNair Park and northwest of Hunter Manors Park.
