Life Science Company to Sign Lease Extension for 75K SF in Seaport
Akouos, a Brookline-based gene therapy research company, has signed a $30,000,000 10-year lease at Pappas Commerce Park in the Seaport. The company has leased an additional 37,000 SF of space for a total of 75k square feet at 645 Summer Street.
Pappas Commerce Center consists of approximately 9 buildings and approximately 750,000 square feet of space currently serving industrial, logistics, and research uses.
