Plans Filed for Transformational 1.7 Million SF Reserved Channel Neighborhood Development
has filed a letter of intent for the redevelopment of 8 acres of the Pappas Way Business Park in Boston's Seaport. Plans call for 1.7 million square-feet of mixed-use development space in 7 new buildings along the Reserved Channel.
