Pair of Staten Island Commercial Buildings in Public Review
A private application submitted by EMBA Holdings LLC for 4295 Arthur Kill Road on Staten Island, is currently in public review. The application is seeking CPC Authorizations and Certifications to facilitate the development of two commercial buildings. One of these will come in the form of a 2-story office building, and the other a 2-story warehouse. The structures will total 33,586 square feet, and the property will have 88 parking spaces. In addition, the buildings will have two cross-access connections on a zoning lot with an existing 12,550 square foot building, used for office and wholesale storage. At the moment, the project is being reviewed by the Community Board. If approved, it will then be passed to the City Planning Commission.
