Staten Island Commercial Project Gets the Green Light
The NYC Mayor's Office has just approved a private application for a multi-building commercial project at 4295 Arthur Kill Road in Staten Island's Charleston neighborhood. Submitted by EMBA Holdings LLC, the application sought CPC Authorizations and Certifications to facilitate a 2-story office building and a separate 2-story warehouse structure.
The buildings will total a combined square feet, and the property will have 88 parking spaces. In addition, the buildings will have two cross-access connections on a zoning lot with an existing 12,550 square foot building, containing offices and wholesale storage.
