Parking Lot Canopy Demo Underway at Boynton Yards
Demolition on the parking lot canopy is underway at Boynton Yards as sitework and foundation construction continues on Building 2. The second approved building in the larger Boynton Yards development, Building 2 will feature a 12-story, 366,000 SF building with retail, arts/creative enterprise, and office/lab/R&D uses on the first two floors, lab and commercial uses on the upper floors with four levels of below-grade parking.
