Permits Filed for 10-Story Mixed-Use Project in Williamsburg

Building permits have just been filed for a 10-story, mixed-use development, at 11 Gerry Street in Brooklyn's Williamsburg neighborhood. Developed and constructed in-house by , the building is set to contain affordable housing units as part of the NYC HPD's Inclusionary Housing Program (IHP).

Plans also call for square feet of ground-floor retail space, as well as 18,546 square feet of community facility space, which is to consist of an ambulatory diagnostic center, located on the second floor.

Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. The lot is already cleared and site work is currently underway. Construction is expected to finish during the winter of 2024.
