Permits Filed for 10-Story Senior Housing Project in Fordham
Building permits have just been filed for a 10-story, senior housing development, at 2444 Tiebout Avenue in the Fordham neighborhood of the Bronx. Developed by , the building is set to contain senior residences, offered in studio and one-bedroom configurations. Plans also call for 36,469 square feet of community facility space, consisting of offices for administration and social services, as well as a recreation room with a kitchen, and a shared laundry room.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. The project site is currently a parking lot, and no structural demolition will be required prior to the start of construction.
