Permits Filed for 15-Story Mixed-Use in East Harlem

Permits have just been filed for a 15-story, mixed-use development at 2005 3rd Avenue in Manhattan's East Harlem neighborhood. Developed by , the building would contain residential units and square feet of commercial space. Plans also call for 9,946 square feet of community facility space, and a cellar. Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing 1-story building would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
