Permits Filed for 18-Story Condo Tower in Lenox Hill
Building permits have just been filed for an 18-story, residential tower, at 1307 3rd Avenue in Lenox Hill, Manhattan. Developed by EJS Group, the building will contain 38 condo units. Tenant amenities are to include a library, fitness center, yoga studio, children's play area, recreation rooms, and a roof terrace. Plans also call for a cellar and an enclosed parking garage with 2 spaces.
Designed by Beyer Blinder Belle, the structure will stand 214 feet tall and total 97,569 square feet. Three buildings have already been demolished with their lots rezoned in order to make way for the new development.
