Permits Filed for 21-Story Residential Tower in Hells Kitchen
Building permits have just been filed for a 21-story, residential development, at 539 West 54th Street in Manhattan's Hells Kitchen neighborhood.
Developed by , the tower will contain rental apartments and 6,682 square feet of community facility space. Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet.
The new development is set to occupy a lot, spanning square feet. It will replace a 4-story church building, which was originally constructed in 1910. Demolition permits have already been obtained, and the teardown is currently underway.
