Building permits have just been filed for a 38-story, mixed-use development, at 95 Rockwell Place in Downtown Brooklyn. Developed by , the building is set to contain rental apartments and square feet of commercial space. This will likely consist of retail, located on the lower floors. Plans also call for a cellar level.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing, 5-story commercial building, is scheduled to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
