The Green House Completes in LIC
Construction has concluded for a colorful residential development, known as "The Green House", located at 10-25 Jackson Avenue in Long Island City, Queens.
Developed and constructed in-house by , the building is set to contain high-end rental apartments. These units have been designed with upscale materials, full-height windows, and environmentally efficient systems.
The Green House will offer a large tenant amenities package, which includes laundry machines in each unit, a fitness center with a full array of weight-lifting equipment, a co-working space, a rooftop terrace, and excess storage areas.
Plans also call for ground-floor retail space and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure stands 12 stories tall and totals square feet. With a gigantic street art mural painted on its corner-facing wall, The Green House will stand out within the surrounding neighborhood and serve to add even more character to Long Island City's vibrant aesthetic.
