Permits Filed for 4-Story Mixed-Use in Fordham Manor
Building permits have just been filed for a 4-story, mixed-use development, at 115 West 190th Street in the Fordham Manor neighborhood of the Bronx.
Developed by , the building is set to contain rental apartments and 831 square feet of community facility space. Plans also call for a cellar level, and both open parking and an enclosed garage, with a combined capacity for up to vehicles.
Designed by , with serving as the general contractor, the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. The project site is currently a parking lot, and no structural demolition will be required.
