Building permits have just been filed for a 6-story, residential development, at 215 West Kingsbridge Road in the Kingsbridge Heights neighborhood of the Bronx. Developed by , the building would contain rental apartments. Plans also call for a cellar level and an open parking area with enough room for vehicles.
