Permits Filed for Kingsbridge Heights Residential Building
Permits have just been filed for a 7-story, residential development at 229 West Kingsbridge Road in the Bronx's Kingsbridge Heights neighborhood. Developed by , the building would contain rental apartments and nearly 1,200 square feet of community facility space. Plans also call for a basement level and parking spots. Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing 2-story house would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
