Building permits have just been filed for a 6-story, residential development, at 86-05 Britton Avenue in Elmhurst, Queens. Developed by HNJ Britton LLC, the building would contain rental apartments. Plans also call for a cellar level, and a single, enclosed parking space.
Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing single-family house would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
