Building permits have just been filed for a 7-story, residential development, at 3556 Holland Avenue in the Williamsbridge neighborhood of the Bronx. Developed by , the building would contain rental apartments. Plans also call for a cellar level, and both an enclosed garage and an open parking area, with enough room for vehicles combined.
Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing, 3-story multi-family building, would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
