Permits Filed for 7-Story Residential Building in Crotona Park East
Building permits have just been filed for a 7-story, residential development, at 1429 Longfellow Avenue in the Bronx's Crotona Park East neighborhood. Developed by Quick Builders LLC, the building would contain rental apartments. Plans also call for an open rear yard space.
Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing 3-story building would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
