Permits Filed for 8-Story Residential Building in Concourse
Building permits have just been filed for an 8-story, residential development, at 130 East 165th Street in the Concourse neighborhood of the Bronx. Developed by Jacob Kohn, the building would contain rental apartments. Plans also call for a cellar level.
Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. The new development will replace a parking lot on the property, and no structural demolition will be required as a result.
