Building permits have just been filed for an 8-story, mixed-use development, at 2611 Pitkin Avenue in Brooklyn's East New York neighborhood. Developed by , the building will contain rental apartments and square feet of commercial space. This would likely come in the form of ground-floor retail. Plans also call for a cellar level and a rear yard.
