Building permits have just been filed for a 9-story, residential development at 2892 Nostrand Avenue in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn. Developed by Mike Rose Realty LLC, the building would contain condo units. Plans also call for an open parking area with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing single-story commercial building would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
