Permits Filed for 9-Story Mixed-Use Building in Astoria
Permits have just been filed for a 9-story, mixed-use development at 14-47 Broadway in Astoria, Queens. Developed by Nesting Group LLC, the building would contain rental apartments and square feet of commercial space. This would likely come in the form of ground-floor retail. Plans also call for a cellar level. Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing 2-story building would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
