Permits Filed for Gowanus Tower Development
Permits have been filed for a 21-story mixed-use tower at 404 Carroll Street in Gowanus, Brooklyn. Developed by, , the building would have a dual tower design, with the smaller of the two topping out at 16 stories. The towers would contain residential units, and square feet of retail on the ground floor. The building will be designed by and total approximately square feet. The structure is also planned to have a cellar and an enclosed parking garage with enough space for vehicles. The lot is currently vacant and construction can begin once building permits are issued.
