Permits Filed for Massive Carroll Garden's Residential Development
Permits have been filed for a story residential building at 477 Smith Street in Carroll Garden's Brooklyn. Developed by APT Development, it would contain condominium units, and total a hefty square feet. The building is being designed by ; one of the larger architectural firms working in the NYC area.
In addition to residential units, the building will have square feet of commercial space (most likely retail), and an enclosed parking garage with enough room for vehicles. The site is currently a vacant lot and no demolition will be required.
