Permits Filed for Mixed-Use in East New York
Building permits have been filed for a development at 888 Fountain Avenue in the East New York neighborhood of Brooklyn. L+M Development Partners plans to build a 15-story, mixed-use building on the currently vacant piece of land. The development would be 386,362 square feet and feature 437 rental apartments. It would also have 8,049 sqft of commercial space, a 25,173 sqft community facility, and a 45-vehicle parking garage. The owner of the site is VBK C1 OWNER LLC and the designer for the project is NYC renowned, Dattner Architects.
