Permits Filed for Staten Island Mixed-Use Project
Permits have just been filed for a 17-story, mixed-use building at 8 Stuyvesant Place in Staten Island's St. George neighborhood. Developed by , the building will contain residential units and square feet of commercial space. This will likely come in the form of ground-floor retail. Plans also call for a cellar level and an enclosed parking garage with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. The project comes as part of the approved, River North (Liberty Towers) development plan, which involves the construction of three new buildings containing a combined 750 residential units.
