Permits have just been filed for a 22-story, mixed-use development at 1695 2nd Avenue on Manhattan's Upper East Side. Developed by , the building would primarily contain residential condo units as well as square feet of commercial space. This would likely come in the form of ground-floor retail. Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing 5-story residential building with a ground-floor cafe would have to be torn down in order to make way for the new development. Demolition permits have already been filed.
