Permits Pulled for 750 Unit Two Tower Arlington Project
Balfour Beatty has been awarded a permit to begin demo of the existing 12-story office building at 2001 S. Clark Street in Arlington in preparation for the approved two-tower multifamily project. A second permit valued at $100M for the new construction is also under review for the site. The project is set to include an East & West tower with a shared underground parking garage featuring a total of 758 units with 22,000 square feet of retail space. Both towers will also include pools and amenity/common spaces.
