Arlington South Bell East Tower Tops Out
On August 17, 2023, Balfour Beatty celebrated the topping out of the South Bell East Tower in Arlington, Virginia. Located in National Landing, the 19-story residential high-rise will include 420 apartments and 8,000 square feet of ground-level retail. It is slated for delivery in Q4 2024. Another 25-story tower is also underway at 2000 South Bell Street and is anticipated for delivery in Q2 2025.
