Phase 1 Development Approved for South Boston Power Plant
has won approval for the first phase of development at 776 Summer Street in South Boston. The mixed-use project will include the adaptive reuse of 4 historic Turbine Halls and create 860,000 square feet of commercial space, 636 units of housing, a 240 room hotel, and over 5 acres of new public open space.
