Phase One of Northwest One Tops Out
MRP Realty has celebrated the topping out of phase one of the Northwest One project in NoMa. Delivering Summer 2022, this phase will deliver over 220 new units with 150 designated affordable. Formerly the Temple Courts public housing community the development is set to include 750 mixed-income units with over 50,000 square feet of retail space.
