Pinellas Park Shopping Center Sold for $85 Million
Belleair Development Group, a local developer, has acquired The Shoppes at Park Place, a shopping plaza in Pinellas Park for $85 million. The purchase includes the outparcels but does not include Target or Chili’s restaurant. The shopping center offers 352,670-square-feet of retail space. Anchor tenants include Target and the Regal Place movie theater. The 42-acre site, including outparcels include PetCo, Michaels, Jersey Mike’s, Five Below, and Famous Footwear. Located at the intersection of US Highway 19 and Park Boulevard, the plaza is easily accessible to I-275.
