Planned 576 Luxury Apartment Development in Kendall Town Center
Trammell Crow Residential is pleased to announce the development of Alexan Kendall, located within the planned mixed-use Kendall Town Center retail development of Miami, Florida. Spread across 20-acres, Alexan Kendall will consist of 576 luxury apartment homes and an expansive offering of indoor and outdoor amenity spaces. Residents can enjoy easy access to highly desirable retail, entertainment, and employment destinations, including the West Kendall Baptist Hospital expansion. Construction is slated to begin this September and completion is anticipated for Winter 2024.
With this newest Alexan offering, the Southeast Division of TCR continues to expand its presence in the area, with 1,450 apartment homes completed so far and $487 million in total capitalization under construction.
