Proposed Residential Project For Delray Beach
Developers have plans to build two, 5-story residential buildings at 1155 South Congress Avenue in Delray beach, FL. The project will be called Alexan Delray and will feature 267 units on a mostly vacant 6.74-acre plot. The complex would offer one-bedroom to three-bedroom units if approved. Sources suggest construction cost around $100 million and will not start until the first quarter of 2023. Currently the site is home to a vacant warehouse that supposedly has not been used since 2012. Stay tuned for more updates on this project.
