Plans Filed For a 42-Story Mixed-Use Tower in Miami's Brickell Neighborhood
A recent filing with the Federal Aviation Administration shows that developers have applied for building permits for a 42-story mixed-use development called Westpine. The filing seeks permission for the structure to rise 499 feet tall.
Developers have also requested an Administrative Site Plan Review with Miami-Dade County planners for Westpine. The plan includes 328 residential units, a ground-floor retail space of roughly 1,155 square feet, approximately 13,850 square feet of open space, and 300 parking spots.
Westpine will bring 327,837 square feet of new construction.
