Okan Tower Gets Small Height Reduction

The tulip-inspired skyscraper being built at 555 N Miami Avenue has recently filed permits for a slight height reduction. Originally the building was planned to be  902 feet and 915 feet above sea level but now new building permit applications show the massive tower would rise 893 feet, or 906 feet above sea level, a decrease of 9 feet. The Okan Tower is a mixed-use development planned to rise 70 stories and include hotel rooms, condo-hotel residences, and exclusive condo residences.
