Plans on Hold for 1M SF Riverside Station Development in Newton
has paused development plans around the Riverside MBTA station in Newton, citing rising construction costs and local markets. Plans had called for square-feet of new development off Route 128 featuring square-feet of lab/research floorspace and 582 units across an 11-building campus.
