Plans Under Review for 1.25M SF Lab Campus at Nubian Square P3
has won designation as developer for Parcel 3 in Roxbury's Nubian Square. The company has proposed a 5-building mixed-use life science campus featuring 1,240,000 SF of floorspace. The development would also feature 280 affordable housing units.
