Plans Under Review for Final Piece of Discovery Square
Potomac Land Group III LLC has filed a Final Development Plan Amendment for the redevelopment of the remaining undeveloped 8-acre site within Discovery Square. The property, located in the northwest quadrant of the intersection of Centreville Road (Route (657) and Wall Road (Route 645) has remained undeveloped for over 16 years. Now the development team, led by John Elcano Brad Kline, plans a walkable, mixed-use residential and commercial development that will serve as an amenity for the surrounding area. The project would include 43 single-family attached dwellings, 4 live/work units, and approximately 28,933 square feet of retail use.
