Plans Under Review for Stoughton Motel to Supportive Housing Conversion

Father Bill’s & MainSpring have filed plans for the conversion of the motel at 1919 Washington St. in Stoughton to permanent supportive housing for extremely low-income homeless individuals. The agency acquired the property in June for $2,500,000. The project will transform the existing buildings containing 16 motel rooms, an adjacent 4-bedroom house and a separate 3-bedroom house into 24 studio apartments. Father Bill’s & MainSpring (FBMS) will own, manage, and provide supportive services for the property.
