Plans Under Review for Tysons West Building C
JBG Smith has submitted plans for Building C within the Tysons West Development. The project would be located on a roughly 2.18-acre site on Leesburg Pike, Cornerside Boulevard, and a to-be-constructed private street, referred to as Yard Street. Plans call for a five to eight-story mid-rise multifamily building with up to 265 dwelling units and up to 5,000 SF of retail uses. The development would also include an urban park spaces on the north and west sides of Building C will provide a variety of amenities including a sculpted landscape, focal elements, plant beds, bike racks, and a variety of seating areas and gathering spaces.
