Plumbing Permit Pulled for Malden Office Project
A permit has been pulled for plumbing install for the office/retail building coming to 11 Charles Street in Malden. The 80,000 square foot project will include 5,000 square feet of retail space on the lower level. The building will be constructed using mass timber construction, making it the first timber office building in the Northeast United States.
